At Sayra Labs, our goal is to provide reliable shipping, competitive rates, and fast delivery worldwide.
Due to the nature of our operations and multiple fulfillment partners, orders may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. There is no additional charge for split shipments.
Order Processing
All orders are verified, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been processed, it is forwarded to our fulfillment partners for dispatch.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. (Please remember to check your spam folder.)
Shipping Transit Times
Delivery times vary by location:

United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories): Typically 10–20 business days

International Orders: Typically 10–20 business days
Orders shipping to locations outside of the continental United States and certain international destinations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
For some European countries, delivery may take up to 18–19 business days.
Delays may occur due to customs processing, high demand periods, carrier delays, or holidays.

Tracking Information
Most orders are shipped with tracked services. Tracking numbers will be emailed once provided by the carrier.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking email.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations or order changes (including address updates) must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing or shipment, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
